Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy (Hair & Makeup) • Booking fees are non-refundable. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full appointment amount. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not be charged the remaining balance, however the booking fee remains non-refundable. • Please note: Bridal bookings are subject to a separate policy, which will be shared upon request with a quotation.
